The company&#8217;s pavilion saw a constant flow of national and international buyers, attracted not only by the Group&#8217;s established products but especially by the innovations presented in the seafood and gelato sectors. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"672\"><strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"526\">New Frontiers in Fresh Desserts<\/strong><br data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"529\"\/>Among the fair&#8217;s highlights were the fresh desserts, four original creations developed by Mancuso Group&#8217;s research and development department:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"957\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"756\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"756\"><em data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"692\">Dubai Chocolate<\/em>, a sensory journey through dark cocoa and oriental spices;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"831\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"831\"><em data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"769\">Tiramis\u00f9<\/em>, a modern reinterpretation of the Italian classic;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"896\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"896\"><em data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"853\">Torta della nonna<\/em>, with lemon cream and crunchy pine nuts;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"957\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"957\"><em data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"908\">Cannolo<\/em>, a fragrant wafer filled with ricotta cream.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1209\">The latter was awarded first prize for innovation at the prestigious Better Future Award 2025, promoted by GDO Week and Mark Up magazines, recognizing Mancuso Group&#8217;s commitment to creativity and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1427\"><strong data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1252\">Excellence and Health in Fresh Seafood<\/strong><br data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1255\"\/>The area dedicated to the seafood sector captured the interest of numerous operators seeking quality and transparency. Two cutting-edge lines were presented: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1654\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1552\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1552\">the new range of ready-to-eat seafood specialties, selected and packaged to ensure freshness and convenience;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1654\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1654\">the premium line rich in Omega-3, designed for health-conscious consumers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1894\">The meticulous supply chain, from responsible fishing to processing in certified facilities, generated many partnership requests, solidifying Mancuso Group&#8217;s reputation as a leader in the fresh seafood market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2366\"><strong data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1933\">Gelato: The Undisputed Star<\/strong><br data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1936\"\/>There was also great excitement in the gelato area of Mancuso Gelati Italiani 1920: the artisanal churned ice creams saw long queues for tastings of both beloved flavors, like Stracciatella del Nonno, and innovative offerings such as Yuzu and Pink Pepper. Every day, our gelato confirmed its status as one of the most popular attractions at the event, thanks to artisanal craftsmanship that enhances high-quality raw ingredients. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2844\"><strong data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2401\">Future Prospects and Projects<\/strong><br data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2404\"\/>The feedback received at TUTTOFOOD Milan 2025 strengthens Mancuso Group&#8217;s diversification and innovation strategy.
